Martina Immobiliare handles the sale and rental of apartments, villas, farmhouses, land, commercial premises, and period residences, and provides brokerage services for commercial and industrial businesses. Its offices are in San Donato Val di Comino and Alvito, halfway between Rome and Naples.
We work with owners and buyers, both in Italy and abroad. Sellers receive a well-founded appraisal, a marketing plan, and a single person to manage viewings, negotiations, and paperwork. Buyers receive a selection tailored to their needs, including document review, contract, and, if necessary, financing.
